Z390 Phantom Gaming SLI/AC

   My computer is about a year old, the specs are below, and it will not POST. I shut it down normally last night. There are no blinking led's on the board. When power is applied The fans come on for 4-5 seconds and then immediately powers off.  No recent hardware changes. I recently updated the BIOS with the ASRock application from the website. I have removed and reinstalled everything and reset the CMOS. I have also tried to power on with just the CPU and one stick of RAM installed.

Specs:
Intel i7-9700k
G.Skill Trident Z 16GB DDR4-3200 (x4)
EVGA GEFORCE RTX2080 Super

Any ideas would be appreciated.
