I bought an Asrock H310CM-HDV/M.2 motherboard and I installed a video card Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5450 1GB in the PCI-E slot.
For a months worked correctly but now only the internal VGA card working. I remove the CMOS battery and reset the BIOS but always same problem. I tried with others PCI-E card but same issue. Nvidia GTX 650 GS, ATI RADEON HD 3870 and NVIDIA QUADRO NVS 310. These cards work in others motherboard!!!! I sent the motherboard to the store and the store has tested the motherboard with graphics card Geforce GT 730 and Radeon RX 580 with success. I bought same card in Amazon e same problem, no VGA output. The PSU power is 650W and I tried with another one from 700W. All tests were done only with CPU (Intel Core i3 8100 3.6GHz), RAM (DDR4 8GB Silicon Power 2666MHz CL19), PSU (iTek 650W) and PCIE video card. I couldn't see any BIOS screen!!! Are there some incompatibility with Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5450, Nvidia GTX 650 GS, ATI RADEON HD 3870 or NVIDIA QUADRO NVS 310 video card? Can be a issue with the bios and PCI-E video card visualization? I don't know what I can do!!! |
