Radeon RX 5700 XT Taichi No update plus don`t work

   Dear all:
? ? ? ? ?I purchased this gpu in may and i can't be tested until now because i need to purchase another component.

Today i put hands to work and ensemble the computer:
Motherboard: Asus Prime z390A
CPU: intel 9700k
Psu: evga 600B
Memory: 16 gb t-force 3000mhz
and this graphic
ASRock Radeon RX 5700 XT Taichi X 8G OC+

When I connected the monitor to the gpu it didn't show any picture and I needed to connect into the mother. In the mother it appears in the slot but I can make it to redirect the graphic.(the gpu turns on the led but doesn't move the fans and gets hot).

I thought it was a problem with the drivers but i installed windows 10 64 and when i tried to update, it failed. Never to say that windows and cpu-z don't recognize the GPU.

I was browsing for answers and couldn't find any.
could be any help?

	Dear Deigo, Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try. 1. Check the motherboard primary graphic setting is at PCIe slot. 2. Install the graphics card to another PCIe slot to try. 3. Check the PCIe power cable. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD

	I have the seam problem but with rx 7600 xt i don?�t know what to do i Tried every thing and it?�s still not work I bought this video card only one month ago !!!!
