My asrock b365m audio is not working

   So, I have a problem with my sound card and audio from my front panel. Every time I plug in my headphones I get a static sound that will not change even if I lower the volume. I have updated the drivers on my computer and also just got this motherboard. Although, sound does work when I use bluetooth.
