H370M-ITX/ac won't boot

   I've tried everything to get my H370M-ITX/ac to boot or POST. 

I updated my BIOS, got to Windows and shut it down. 

Now I can't get it to POST at all.

Tried reseting CMOS. Maybe I'm not doing it right? But I'm at a loss.

Tried unplugging the battery for an hour. Nothing.

Am I dead here?
