SB FAN STOPS

   Hi guys, I just bought an ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3, just because I needed TB3 with AMD Ryzen. I built my pc with no problem, until it started to hang for no reason apparently. 

I started to look at the temperatures and everything was ok except for the sb_fan When it gets over 70 degrees, the fan stop spinning!! So obviously the temperature rises even more...and then it hangs.

I've tried reseting the bios config, upgrading bios, downgrading bios, and I always get the same result. I can't work like this...please somebody help me.  Thanks.
