Hello, I recently bought an NVME Reletech, but the speed is very low, I have already tried to change the BIOS, I also tried to upgrade the BIOS and downgrade but in no case did it work. I noticed that in CrystalDiskInfo the transfer is in PCIe 1.0 x4 and I don't know how to change, in forums I found similar problems that were from the BIOS. Someone already?

PCIe x16/2x8 switch either set to 2x8 (see if SSD speeds change), or if there is an option of x8x4x4, use that.
Promontory PCI-e speed select Gen 3 as well |

I tried all the PCIe options and it didn't work
![]() Promontory PCI-e speed doesn't have the gen 3 option, it just goes to gen 2, I also tried to select GEN 2 ![]() |

Is it possible, that SSD itself is stuck at pcie1? Unfortunately I cannot find any website of manufacturer to see if they have firmware update of some sorts.
It being sold on aliexpress does not offer much confidence either :( |

Have you tried both M.2 slots? Maybe you are using second slot, which is SATA3 only

Using SiSoftware Sandra, it shows that it goes to 3x, but when performing tests it really is in 1x

2.5Gbps is ~250MB/s :D I think that might be faulty SSD. You don't have any other PC at fiends or anywhere else to test? Also, just for kick and giggles, could your run crystal disk mark with 50MB and 500MB sample sizes (instead of 1GiB you have selected now), you can set number of tests to 2 instead of 5. Also if you could monitor temperatures of that drive while it is being tested, that would be great as well |
