So last night I had the genius idea of doing some overclocking
For reference I have a Ryzen 9 3900x with 32GB DDR4 3200 CORSAIR DOMINATOR ram an MSI Gaming X TRIO RTX 3080 with a Samsun 970 NVME SSD. SO for the longest time I have noticed I cant get my ram to XMP over 3000mhz. So I used RAM calc and tried to tighten the timings to 14-14-14-14-28 and then set voltages to 1.356v Also tried to get my machine to get an all core OC of 4.15ghz at 1.25V The ram XMP and timing change didnt work but the CPU OC did. SO I left it over night. This morning I decided to reset it to default and when I saved and exited out of the BIOS, it just wont post. Tried disconnecting USB cables and secondary monitors and issues persist. Is there a way to FLEA drain ASROCK boards or to go to BIOS recovery for no post issues? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. |

Try this:
http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal That should clear the RTC and other deep settings and hopefully get you back up. |
