Hello, I have a problem since yesterday on my computer that has an asrock x570 steel legend

I have the black screen telling me   'reboot and select proper boot device. it seems', I have taken all my drives and in bios it seems it see's my SSD. I have tried to load uefi default but still same problem.

I think perhaps it is the boot of the windows drive that is problematic, so I did a recovery disk on a Asus laptop puting it on a usb drive. This took very long time to do.

Now i have put it in my computer and the Asrock logo apears and the little loading icon rotating clockwise, but it has stayed like this for 30minutes for 1 hour. Is it normal, can anyone help? thanks.

Dump any OC. Try your usb on another PC. If it works, then on the problem PC, disconnect everything except kb, mouse,1 ram stick and graphics. Boot to recovery disk. What happens?
