B450 Pro4 issues after BIOS update to 4.5

   Hi,

because I needed the power on AC loss feature which was bugged in 3.5 I recently updated my BIOS to version 4.5.
After that the PC failed to boot and just stopped at stage A2 without any error message or speaker beeps.
As soon as I removed one specific PCIe card from the PC, the computer started again. It is an DVB-S2 dual receiver (DvbSky S952). The card is working fine in another machine and also I have another one of the same card model but of a different revision which also works fine on the B450.
Any Ideas what could be the problem here£
