I just updated to the beta 1.52 bios And there is no option for CAM support under chipset options despite this update specifically being to add CAM support. am I missing something£

Have you disabled CSM and enabled Above 4G Decoding£

I had the 4G option enabled but just didn't see CAM in the list until i finally figured out how to disable CSM. Then it showed up. And X1 Precision is showing that reBAR is enabled now.
