Z97M-ITX/ac wake on lan doesn't works

Hi,

i have Z97M-ITX/ac this motherboards.

But WOL doesn't works like expected.

When WOL works - If i power on and shutdown from windows 10, NIC stay on, so i can send magic packet and mobo come up.

When WOL doesn't works - When pc is off, so shutdown from windows, and i put off power cable from power supply, NIC lost energy, and when i put power supply again, NIC doesn't come up, no led activity, so is impossibile to come up. Only with power button, is possible.

Why?

Here there are my config screens , my config. I have tried a lot, without success.

Have no sense that works in this way. Is useless this WOL in this way.

I hope that i missing something.
