I have an X370 Gaming K4 motherboard, and have my Kensington Expert mouse plugged into the Fatality Gaming mouse port, but when I run the Mouse Port software, it says my mouse in not connected to that port. The mouse works fine. I just can't adjust the polling rate, because the software isn't working properly.
Any ideas??? |

from BIOS (F2 after powering on), ensure all USB Legacy/USBXHCHI/USB3/USBhub/Controller/ are on AUTO or Enabled.
also, swap your SATA cables around, make sure all USB Motherboard connections are correct. I rubik's cube'd this one.... |
