10600k throttles to 3.3ghz underload when stress testing... i have it overclocked to 5.1ghz in the bios... its 5.1 ghz at idle as well... nothing wrong with temps... its watercooled and in the 20s idle... i've also had a 10850k and a 10700k on this motherboard as well and didnt have this issue... motherboard is asrock z590 steel legend wifi edition... the bios version is 1.8
