Hi!

Faced with such a problem. I have a base in the form of a B560M Steel Legend. Of the RGB elements I have: ASUS TUF Gaming 3060 LHR GPU, Aerocool Cylon 4F tower cooler, XPG SPECTRIX D50 DDR4 DRAM, and there is also a backlight element on the motherboard itself. When using Polychrome SYNC, the element on the motherboard and the tower cooler are displayed. DRAM starts to glow exclusively at the PC boot stage. While the computer is running, it does not glow at all. I would like to correct the situation so that DRAM is determined by Polychrome SYNC.

I tried to flash the RGB chip, following the method from this topic: https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=17269
The result is zero.

I don't know if this will help in any way, but the CPU is 11700.

Was the firmwareupdate succesfull, but didn't work, or was it unsuccesful?
The problem witrh RGB is that it is not standarised, and different controllerchips and software are used, and they do not always combine, sometimes even crash other tools.
Signal RGB is a kind of standard tool, that can habdle most of the different controllers.
Best is to uninstall all tools, restart, and delete all the instalaltion folders, that were created, then restart, and install the ASRock tool first.
Important is that after installing Windows you should always first install the latest chipset driver (INF)
Or use the support form https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

Kind Regards
