There was a problem with my RGB Header 1 slot last night. Although all RGB colors are turned off in the Polychrome software, the green color continues to glow. I uninstalled and reinstalled the RGB software, I reprogrammed the RGB firmware but the problem persists. I tried my strip led in RGB header 2 (AMD fan led) socket. no problems appear. I'm waiting for your help. Sorry for my english.

Try doing a Clr CMOS, and in BIOS, disable all LED channels, then save with f10
If everything is okay, the LED's should be off, thjen go into BIOS, enable RGB, and apply to all channel. If this still fails, uninstall all RGB tools, and after a restart, also remove the folders, wehre the software was installed, then install the ASRock tool again. Or use the support form https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp check your spam folder for replies. |
