Hello, everyone! Please excuse my language :)
I have had a problem for 5 days with my internet connection. For example, when I try to download Torrent the internet speed is maximum 1500 - 2000 kbps. I've changed the internet provider and it is still the same :( when i download from Geforce experience drivers my download speed is 60-100 kbps if i download in the same time something from the asrock page both files are good up to 10-000 kbps ... when the file from asrock is completed the other one get back to 60 kbs ... now i try to download league of legends and there i don't have any issues with the speed ... Please help me. I try to reinstall the drivers. I will reinstall my pc system. I have the latest updates.

I think it is not so much a network problem.
When You run a speedtest, Yiou probably see a proper ping time and speed, but for instance Nvidia, and torrent files, maybe thousands of people are downlaoding the same file, at the same time that You do, and the server simply cannot handle it, keep in mind, a server often uses old fashioned harddisks in RAID, but SATA harddisk also have a limited bandwidth.
As You say, the speed for the ASRock downloads is fine, meaning, it is not a network problem, or a driver problem, but a server overload at the other side.
Same when You download games via steam, it takes hours, even if You have a high speed internet connection.
Kind Regards
