Hello,

My rig is:
CPU: 7600x
GPU: 7900xtx
RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 2x16GB DDR5 5600
NVME: MSI 480
PSU: Asus Loki 850
Case: Dan A4 H20

By process of elimination (I have a second PC), I've ruled out the riser, the GPU, the PSU, the storage (I swap the NVME between the 2 PCs).

Either the RAM, CPU or motherboard is problematic.

So I reseated the CPU to no avail. Same result when i swap the RAM sticks.
For context, the issue wasn't present with the initial BIOS.
My actual BIOS is 1.24.

I believed either the CPU is faulty (despite the iGPU is working with x16 lanes) or the BIOS.

Then I flashed the initial BIOS but the problem remains. Clear CMOS and battery removal didn't worked. Is it possible this is an AGESA issue?

IMO you are on the right track, I have not read experiences about AGESA limiting PCIE lanes to GPU but I have read about faulty CPUs causing these kind problems.

The best option is to request support from ASRock, I'm sure they will confirm it or help you in the removal process
