Can anyone show me a way to maintain a fixed clock speed on all cores at all times, no sleeping when idle etc...
I've disabled PSS and C-states, but cores still go to sleep (in Ryzen Master software). Thanks! |

I know two tools which can do core unparking, maybe this is what you need.
Try google: UnparkCPU (small tool) or QuickCPU (big tool) Software available on this link: https://coderbag.com/ |
