960GM-GS3 FX - No Internet Connection if WOL is on

   Hi,

got a brand new 960GM-GS3 FX Mainboard.

BIOS is the current 1.4

All works well but ... if i enable WOL on the build in LAN Card, the Internet Adapter comes up without errors.  It's also shown in Device Manager, IP Configuration is all ok, but i can't get a Internet connection or any Network traffic.  :/

This behavior is on a fresh Windows 7 Installation also on farious Linux Distros. It seem's its just a BIOS bug? Seem the Adapter is "sleeping" 

If i disable WOL in Bios als work well .. the Adapter comes up, i got Network or Internet traffic....

Can anybody tellme anything about this? Is this fixable?
