I have posted a list of bugs / strange behavior of some settings, especially the RAM settings on the 970 Performance. Take a look at my threads here in the AMD forum, maybe you find some answers there.

You, however, couldn't be less informative of which bugs you are talking about!? Ermm

for example cpu vcore i set in bios 1.45v, hwmonitor or cpuz shows 1.35v, on load 1.32v, i dont know if its accurate, 970g /3.1 supports ht 2600, but in bios can only choose 2400..

Where do you see support for HT (FSB) of 2600 on this board? The specifications state FSB of 2400. The AMD 970 chipset seems to support only 2400:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970A-G3.1/?cat=Specifications

VCore is set to 1.45V, is that manual voltage, and no CPU power saving options (Cool n Quiet) enabled?

Your OC is 4.5GHz, base clock of the FX 8320E is 3.2GHz, so 1.3GHz OC:

http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%20FX-8320E.html

What CPU cooler do you use? That is a high OC for an FX-8320E, you will need to cool the VRM heat sink too.

What are your CPU voltage settings in the BIOS, OC Tweaker screen?

Is AMD Application Power Management enabled?

What option did you use to set the VCore?

What is the value of Processor Maximum Voltage?

FX 8350 does not reset the frequency. All time 4000 MHz. I reset all the BIOS settings. All energy-saving features enabled. But even without CPU load it operates at 4000 MHz
Give the new BIOS.Angry

proba, how can anyone help you if you do not give exact information of your system specs? It is usual in every forum you can find and should be known by now. It is best to add a signature within your forum account options.

However, did you freshly install Windows, without Tools? Some can change the Power Options of Windows. Motherboard tools or AMD Catalyst Control Center (the so called "Fuel" component), where you can set your CPU speed manually (min/max).
Check this and try to reset your Power Options profile to defaults too!

BIOS wise, after you set BIOS/UEFI defaults, enable:
C6 Mode
APM (AMD Power Management)
Cool n Quiet
AMD Turbo Core
Sometimes Turbo and/or power saving methods do not work if not all these options are enabled.

Tader, once again, do we have to elicit all the essential information from you? What m2 device does not show up where (in BIOS or Windows Setup [which Windows version {which driver do you use}])?!

And for the Hyper Transport speed, forget about 2600 MHz! The AMD 970 chipset does only support 2400 MHz and it is no use to raise it anyway, especially if you just have one graphics card, there is absolutely no benefit. You even could lower it further with no impact at all. And raising it to 2600 in AMD Overdrive is just overclocking it. It may work or not - an voltage increase of the HT Voltage is recommended though, from 1.2V to 1.25 or 1.3V at max, if you get bluescreens after setting 2600.

Remember, OC is not ensured to be OR KEEP stable. For the sake of your important data, don't use, copy or do anything with important data, if you are not absolutely sure your OC is rather stable. You could end up with corrupted data.

Keep very need a new bios. I have for any video card overclocking goes pcie 1.1 mode. Plus, when APM is not working off the turbo mode! Fan control does not work! I noticed that the sensors and Так the video shows that the memory is not working correctly! Who to contact, what would all these errors have been corrected?
