Combo Cooler Retention Module

I have an ASRock 970 Extreme3 motherboard which I purchased in 2012.  Recently the processor temperature began increasing drastically.  I found that one of the two combo cooler retention modules had broken.  These modules are held to the motherboard by two screws which screw into the plate on the back of the motherboard.  Where can I buy a new combo cooler retention module?
