Loading new BIOS to USB drive

I have a new BIOS file to upgrade my X99M Extreme4 mobo

Do I just drag and drop the file to my USB stick or do I need to load it on the USB with a program or something?

Figured it out - drag and dropping the .exe file to the USB drive works perfectly in case others were wondering.
