When I connect the power supply to the power, the motherboard power on for 5 seconds and turns off. So I can turn on the computer normally.
Another thing: When the "FAST BOOT" mode is activated almost always the motherboard does not boot the hd and enters Bios when it is turned on. What do I have to do? Or is it defect?

The board turning on and then off when you connect the power supply to power, usually means you have the Wake on LAN option enabled in the BIOS. The board is setting up the Wake on LAN feature after power is removed from the board, and then restored later.

You are having a problem with the Fast Boot option?

What version of Windows are you using? Fast Boot only works with Windows 8.1 and 10.

Which Fast Boot option are you using, Fast or Ultra Fast? Do you use the BIOS Fast Boot option, or the Fast Boot program from APP Shop?

You said when using Fast Boot, the "hd" does not boot, and enters the BIOS. Are you using a standard HDD, or are you using an SSD?

I did not find this "wake on lan" option on this board. I found only one option that mentions this function, and it is disabled.

I always used "fast boot" on the Asus 1150 card it had. I upgraded to i5 6500 and this Asrock board and you do not have to use the Fast Boot option that it boosts in HD whenever you want. Time starts normally, time does not turn on.

I do not use any Asrock apps.

Use only HDD and 2 external HDDs.

The card continues to turn on by itself when I plug it in and turn it off after 5 seconds automatically. I do not use network cable. I use Wifi.
