Dear forum members,I have a Asrock motherboard model P4VM800 with a Intel Pentium 4 processor and one IDE hard disk  of 40 Gbytes. I am having problems for intall a SATA hard disk of 500 Gbytes. It is not recognized by the BIOS.
Should I upgrade the BIOS? Can I use the SATA hard disk as boot disk?
If anyone can help me I would be very grateful

	What make and model of 500Gb SATA drive is it you have there? What BIOS revision is the MB currently flashed to?
