Latest FM2+ mITX MoBos w/o manual Fan Profile ?

   I have initial  ASRock FM2+ mini-ITX Mobos that have the possibility for
the user define its own CPU/APU Fan profile, but I read the manuals of 
the current offers from ASRock for FM2+ and NONE of them seem to
allow that !?!  (ONLY allow it for the chassis Fan !)

Is this true and why ?!?
