Speed up boot

   I have a Fatail1ty Professional Gaming I7.
From power on it takes 22 seconds to get to logo screen.
Another 12 seconds on the logo screen.
Once the windows logo is displayed it takes 10 seconds to get to a point where I can use the PC.

I have BIOS set to fast boot.
Setup prompt timeout is set to 1
There are no external devices (Printers, external drives etc), connected.

Is there anyway to reduce the boot time to under 44 seconds?
