Z87 Extreme 4, USB Keyboard not detected

   Keyboards connected via USB can't be detected (not even in bios)
When connected via PS/2, it works fine.

Any other peripherals (mouse, headphones, speakers, etc) works fine. 

Just not keyboards connected via USB.

Anyone knows what's causing this issue?
