Issues booting Z77

   I'm building with a Z77 Extreme4 it's been stuck on error code 64 for around 15-20 minutes. Error code 64 is "CPU DXE initialization (CPU module specific)". I was wondering if someone with a little more experience than myself could tell me what that means and how to fix it, or if I should just wait it out.
