I have been getting the following BSOD error almost once a day of late:
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some info, and then we'll restart for you. If you'd like to know more, you can search online for this error: Driver_IRQL_NOT_LEE_OR_Equal (l1c63x64.sys) My first thought was to update the driver but when I attempted this it states that the driver is current. The version is 21.0.21, but the date on the driver is 07/16/13. These are the stats on my system: Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6+ Processor: AMD A10-6800K APU with Radeon HD Graphics, AMD64 Family 21 Model 19 Stepping 1 Processor Count: 4 RAM: 16304 MB Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti, -1 Mb Hard Drives: C: 465 GB, D: 1862 GB, E: 930 GB, F: 3725 GB, G: 4657 GB, I: 931 GB OS Version: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro, 64 bit Antivirus: ESET Smart Security Any ideas or thoughts on what I should try next would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance

Brucer - I cannot upgrade to Windows 10, which I abhor, due to the fact that one of the programs I must use, via a VPN, will not work properly under Windows 10...
Prodiff - That references Lenova...but would the driver be the same? Nightbird - I get all updates via Windows Update, and have tried to find the driver, but ASRock does not show this driver at all, and I am ambivalent about installing a driver meant for another brand/system... I think it is the VPN I am having to work with, but I cannot find any reference to it and this BSOD error message. Edited by SarcasticWit - 27 Sep 2017 at 9:25am |
