Hi there, I just want to know how long does this motherboard H110M-HDV the warranty cover, is it 1 year or 3 year warranty period since the other manufacturer like gigabyte and asus give 3 year warranty? Unfortunately the box when I purchased it dont print any warranty period, so I dont know and it's Made in Vietnam. However it already passed 1 year when I check the date I purchased it.
The problem is on and off intermittently, sometime I just open the BIOS menu just less than 1 minute then it go restart automatically. I've disconnect all tha harddisk, dvdrom, still having the auto restart problem. If this motherboard cover 3 year warranty period I want to return it.

Dear Matlabu888,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to verify.

1.     Please load BIOS default to check if the system can work properly.

Please press Del during POST to get into BIOS, press F9 to load BIOS default, press F10 to save and exit BIOS.

2.     Please check your power supply is connected well, and all power cable is connected properly.

3.     Please only install CPU, one stick memory to check if the system can work properly.

4.     Please install one stick memory on A1, B1 to check if the system can work properly.

5.     Please change another memory to try step 4.

6.     Please reapply your CPU thermal grease, reinstall your CPU and check if your CPU socket pin is fine.

7.     Please change another power supply to check if the system can work fine.

8.     If possible, please change another CPU to check if the system can work properly.

9.     Please clear CMOS.

You can follow the user manual page 18 to clear CMOS.

thank you for your reply, currently im contacting my local supplier he said that the warranty can go up to 3 years.

I've known your technique of troubleshooting, trying to eliminate 1 by 1, but I dont have the liberty to do that, I've only 1 cpu that is i5-6400 and 1 piece of DDR4 8MB, so I cant swap here and there, Im just end user.

And I've bought new motherboard Gigabyte H110M-WW same intel chipset with 3 years warranty, and now the same cpu i5-6400 and DDR4 8MB is working fine. And the same casing with power supply. I guess it save me some time.
