Asrock AB350 pro 4 keep bootloop

i build my own pc, it using
1. Asrock AB350 pro 4
2. Ryzen 3 1200 default
3. Avexir 8gb
4. MSI gt 1030
5. Seagate 160gb
6. Raidmax 400w

i install windows 10 via mbr partition, then install the driver from the disk, after i shutdown this then tomorrow i want to turn on my pc, it was bootloop, after asrock logo, then the computer was shutdown for 4 second, then that turned on again, then the third times its not showing anything from the display, then i press the reset button, after that it going boot to os, that happened when i shutdown my pc, restart isn't affect.

after that i trying to install my windows 10 with gpt partition then after that i shutdown my pc that happened again, i shall restart it first if i want to boot to os.

please help me.Ouch

in the bios

tab/page oc tweaker

look for the option
am4 boot training
make sure it is set to auto (it takes a little longer to boot but is much better for cold boots)
also try increasing the ram volts
but seeing as you havnt told us which model of ram your using or which speed
we cant suggest anything else until you do
