H67M and SSD

   Greetings.I have a h67m/si motherboard but i have some problems installing windows on SSD. HDD works fine.
Tried different modes (AHCI/IDE, MBR/EFI). Windows just can't format SSD. SSD works fine (tested by conecting to usb via sata/usb adapter). Tried to upgrade BIOS but official one didn't match because i have B2 revision of chipset which don't support intel 3rd gen processors.
I heard about h67 b2 bug affecting SATA2 ports but i try SATA3.
