Motherboard:ASRock Z370 Extreme4 LGA 1151 (300 Series)
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157789&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_-

Wifi Card: MHK36 3165NGW
https://www.amazon.com/Intel-3165NGW-Wireless-Bluetooth4-0-802-11AC/dp/B0194GE5YC

The card will not fit. Take a look at photo. Did I order incorrectly?

I realized my mistake. The Wifi M2 slot is located in the very top left of the motherboard. It's hidden, but it now works.

Thought I'd update this thread with a couple of picture since I came looking for help here.

The M.2 Key E type socket is underneath the I/O RGB shield thing on the motherboard near the CPU 8-Pin ATX power connector.

Excuse the dust :)
