I have the X99E-ITX/AC motherboard running Windows 10 on a Samsung 850 EVO 2.5" SSD. I just bought an M.2 SSD (Crucial/Micron M500 480GB, MTFDDAV480MAV) and a 2TB 3.5" HDD for backup.
I don't see this SSD listed on the supported storage list: https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/X99E-ITXac/index.asp#Storage Can I just plug these in and use them as secondary/tertiary drives or is there any UEFI setup I have to do? I don't really want to migrate my OS off of my current drive, I just want these for added capacity. Thanks!

Update:
I have installed both of the new drives and have them working now. I didn't have to do anything in the UEFI, the original Samsung SSD remained as the only boot device. I had to restart once before the 2TB drive appeared in Windows. The M.2 drive showed in Device Manager but not as a drive I could use. I had to go to Disk Management and choose either MBR or GPT as a partition type on the M.2 drive. After doing that I could format it NTFS and choose a drive letter for it.
