G31M - VS2 PCI-E Graphic Card Problem

   Hi, I just buyed a g31m vs2 motherboard for my pc. I have a problem with pci express slot. my graphic card doesnt work. vga works well.  in bios doesnt have north bridge configrations so i cant active my pci express slot i guess. before i have foxconn 45gmx motherboard but its burned with static electric. and that motherboard too have pci express x16 slot. so my graphic card too works well before. 
how can i use my graphic card with pci express slot? waiting for help, thanks..
