Asrock B350 Pro4 BIOS 4.70 CPU clock bug

   Hi, I just updated my bios today from 3.30 to 3.40 then to 4.70. I had little to no problems with my OC back at 3.30. Now at 4.70 I can see that the bios is reading what I set in the bios like 4ghz but then on any app that i use like cpuz, hardware monitor, ryzen master they all see that my OC is not applying and only displaying 3.1ghz. Is this a bug with the 4.70 update? Does anyone know a workaround for this? My cpu is a ryzen 3 1200 btw and have cool and quiet disabled on the bios

	So there seems to be a bug with 4.70, went down to 4.60 and everything works fine
