ASRock B350 Pro4, Powers on and off after boot

   hi guys,
I just bought a new computer with the ASRock B350 Pro4 motherboard and Ryzen 7 2700x, so I find that when I turn off the computer for several hours, I go to power it on and it would boot, I see the ASRock logo and then it would shut off.

I would power it back on and it would work completely fine, this only happens when I leave the computer turned off for several hours but it does not happen when I turn it off and turn it back on after several minutes.

I have read someone this is by design as the capacitors is recharging from being turn off for a long period. I just want someone to confirm?
