There is a new BIOS update after 2 years for an Asrock X99 motherboard. It's revision microcode. Is this safe to get?

Info:
Update Haswell-E CPU Microcode to revision 3C and Broadwell-E CPU Microcode to revision 0B00002A.


Does this contain any other updates besides the intel spectre bug fix?
