Z170 Extreme4 Random Error Code 23 sometimes

   Hello Guys,
After I put a new gpu and a new psu in my system I get this error code 23 sometimes when trying to boot. Restarting the PC will fix the issue which is really weird.
Can Anyone help me with this?
I already reset the bios to default and reflashed it but it didnt help.
