z270 killer sli/ac voltage settings

   I am relatively new to CPU overclocking and am trying to set my CPU and cache voltages to a static setting. i have enabled the fixed voltage mode in the BIOS but the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility still returns an "active" value for the voltage modes. I can set them static using the utility but cannot locate a BIOS setting to make these changes permanent?
