Psu nJoy Ayrus 450, 450W
Case coller master elite 110 itx
Cooler stock amd 
 GeForce GTX 1050 AERO ITX 2G OCV1, 2GB GDDR5 

System not turn on at all no fan spins no nothing totally death 
I clear CMOS try reconnect everything multiple times 
Totally death 

Any help? 
Is the mobo broken?
