I fixed my problem. Was a faulty motherboard, I got a new one same model and works flawless.

My components are:

Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac
Intel 9700k
Corsair Vengeance LPX (2 x 8 GB, DDR4, 3000 MHz, C15) CMK16GX4M2B3000C15
PSU Corsair SF450 Gold

Motherboiard won't post and reset every 15 seconds.

IF I reset CMOS, motherboard post and system works flawless for hours, and can even reset or turn off/on, everything is ok. But if keep pc off for +30 minutes motherboard won't post, and I need to reset CMOS again to make system work.
