   Tried all that, no luck. I think it's time to return the mobo and hope the next one does the job. Thanks for all the suggestions.

	Back to basics, CPU (make sure it's installed properly and there are no bent pins), 1 stick of RAM (try it in each slot consecutively), PSU and GPU. No other components connected. Before you power on, clear CMOS and pull the battery with the system disconnected from the wall for about 10 mins.

	Ah, sorry about that. I've got the optical drive hooked up again and the computer is still able to power up. I just can't get any signal to my monitor. I've reseated the RAM and GPU and even tried a different GPU (GTX 960) with no effect. If there isn't anything obvious I might be missing, I'll try reseating the CPU, though I am pretty confident it's in there properly.

	Let us know what happens when you connect the optical drive back up. This isn't the first time we have seen an optical drive be responsible for power up issues. You didn't mention an optical drive in your specs or that would have been the first thing I suggested disconnecting. If it does indeed revert the system to a non working state, try a new SATA cable with it, one of the same type used on the SSD. If it still has an issue, the optical drive is not compatible with the system, likely SATA 1.0 or early 2.0 standard.

	Now I have a new problem. I can't get any signal to my monitor. I've tried with an HDMI cable and a DVI-D. I'm about to try the displayport connections. Any ideas?

	Update, I disconnected my SSD and optical drive and was able to power on successfully. I reconnected the SSD and everything is still working fine. Have yet to reconnect the optical drive. So either my optical drive is messing things up, or I had the SATA cables plugged in improperly.

	Well, if the computer was able to power on, I'd try that.

	There is a solution. Flashing RGB controller. The folder where ASROCKRGB is installed is a program and ROM file. Run this in CMD. Run this in CMD C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin>wICPFLASH.exe /File=nu51_1.10 Work for me. If you have a different motherboard model than AB350M, the file name will have a different name, but a similar solution.

	Hi. I have the same on the AB350M. I've reset the BIOS, upgraded it, changed the RAM in the A / B slots, I removed everything that is unnecessary from USB and SATA. Nothing helps. The problem appeared some time ago and it was not from the beginning, I think the problem appeared in the moment when I tried to set the LED in the BIOS but I'm not sure if it appeared automatically or I did something.

	Having a problem with my new build being unable to power up. ASRock X470 Master SLI/ac Ryzen 5 2600 Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 580 XPG DDR4 3000 8GB x2 RAIDMAX Cobra RX-700AC-B 700W Samsung 860 EVO 1 TB SSD When I turn on the power supply, the AMD promontory LED begins to pulse red. When I hit the power switch on the computer, the GPU, case fan, and CPU fan very briefly start up (maybe a quarter of a second) before shutting down. No signal ever reaches my monitor. The promontory LED continues to pulse, but hitting the power button again has no more effect until I restart the PSU. I currently have the RAM in slots A2 and B2, though I have tried A1 and B1 with no difference. I have the mobo hooked up to the PSU with the 24 pin connector and a 2x4 connector in the 8 slot plug on the top left on the board. Any ideas what the problem could be?
