Problem solved. GPU fried some components and don't boot cold, after warm up there is no problem. GPU for RMA.

MRC disabled and enabled it's the same. Don't have any code/error on the Dr.debug.

If PC is shutdown for at least one hour it won't boot to the windows and it looses the nvidia drivers after booting correctly to the windows.

Hi,

I'm having cold boot issues with this board, for several days/weeks. Always hoping that a new bios will fix this problem but so far nothing.

PC powers on, posts, shows logo, than the display goes black(dispalyport no signal). I have to shutdown the PC at least 3 times, than it boots to windows. Restarting the PC does not show this problem, it boots fine.
XMP was ON and OFF multiple times to see if it was memory issues, tested with two corsair kits(16GB3600CL18 and 32GB3200CL16 Vengeance Pro RGB), same issue.
I have no problems with power supply,CPU and graphics card, since it was tested on another system, so it just leaves the motherboard.

Everything was updated to the latest drivers, and motherboard with 1.60 bios.

My PC specs are:
INTELĀ® CORE??i9-9900K
ASRock Z390 Taichi Ultimate
Corsair VENGEANCEĀ® RGB PRO 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16
ASUS ROG STRIX GeForceĀ® GTX 1080 TI 11GB OC Edition
Samsung 960 Pro 512GB
Seasonic Platinum 860

Thanks and sorry for my bad English.
