I dont know verymuch about this. Someone said that the 9700K is known to overheat and requires significant cooling even at it's stock speeds, is this true?

I know this model says 65w only but is there a y reason you cant run a 95w CPU on it? This is assuming adequate cooling and possibly upping the power supply. Would the i7-9700k recognize with the current BIOS updates? I have seen posts about getting the i7-8700k working. I have no intention of overclocking and simply need the highest single core clock speed available.
