I'll take the recommendation to buy Asus or MSI products.

I have the reocurring problem I have found, new build won't boot with power switch, checked all connections re-installed ram. Same issue heart beat red light but nothing starts, no fan, no cpu fan, no graphic card fan. Disconnected everything expect ram & cpu still no start up?

Any ideas?
