Found problem by doing two things: 1) Reran RST setup and chose "Repair" which fixed some corruption. 2) ran DISKPART "CLEAN ALL" on SSD. I then rebooted and the acceleration worked!
 I still have a question...Do I have to put a partition and format / assign a drive letter to finish up or does the RST know how to work with the "cleaned" drive?Edited by merowland01 - 23 Oct 2015 at 6:12pm |

Just installed Intel Rapid Storage Technology 14.6.0.1029 on Z170 Extreme7+ MB and when trying to enable acceleration, the following error occurs: "An error occurred while an operation was in progress. The operation could not be completed". Intel help says: "Restart the operation. If the error persists, try restarting your computer and then the operation." Which I have done. Anyone else gotten this error?
