Have you tried disabling Legacy Boot (CSM)? Lately I've noticed that some newer motherboard firmware and Windows drivers don't seem to play nice with the old CSM mode.

I've just updated my bios to 5.20 to support the new 2xxGE apus and after that I can't use my external gpu, only the vega 3 from processor. Need help. Thanks
