You can open a support ticket with ASRock directly here.

You may need another version or an update. Software issues like this usually require
ASRock's assistance. This is primarily a community forum where users help eachother
out where they can. ASRock_TSD (representative from ASRock's tech support staff)
does post here on occasion but I wouldn't rely on them seeing your post, they
typically only post here to post fixes and instructions regarding more wide spread
issues.

Hello, I have the Asrock RX 9070 XT Challenger. The polychrome sync argb app does not seem to be detecting my device at all.

I was able to get my ARGB Link to work via a SATA powered ARGB hub, a cheap $8 Thermalright TL-ARGB did the trick. For whatever reason my GPU doesn?™t want to work with my motherboard, still shorts it out every time it?™s directly connected to an ARGB header.

I?™m having a similar issue to people here, but it?™s even more bizarre. With my RX 9060 XT Steel Legend 16GB my system won?™t even boot with the ARGB header connected to the motherboard (Gigabyte B850M Auros Elite Ice). I hear the PSU click to save itself from a short.

It boots fine without the header connected, RGB control works just fine via Polychrome too. It also works when connected to the header but with the GPU power cable removed. In this state I can control the RGB from the motherboard as expected??but obviously the GPU is off. The header also can control devices to connected to it. Tl;dr all the other features seem to work except motherboard sync.

I have updated the LED firmware for both the GPU and the motherboard, so I?™m at a loss. I?™m going to try to use a SATA powered ARGB hub, but it?™s just surprising to have to resort to that - especially considering the stories of people here simply having no RGB, but still booting just fine. I?™ve contacted ASRock.. but damn I really hope I don?™t want to RMA over some damn lighting

Not only did Polychrome Sync open again, without giving the "Error 0xFFFB," but the ARGB LINK MODE function now works too. If it had been two more days, I would have sent my card in for RMA, haha.

Click on the link Feunard left and, below, open Question (524) There you'll find your VGA card.
